  8. These are the binaries of a Unix Toolkit a friend and myself have been
  9. working on for a year now. We were planning to sell this software
  10. through a large Atari Software house but after months of talks we gave
  11. up (they wanted the stuff changed so much that it would not look like 
  12. UNIX anymore - and that was against what we were trying to provide).

  14. So we decided to place the binaries of these programs into the Public
  15. Domain with a number of small restrictions:
  16.  
  17.     You cannot charge anyone who you pass this software onto. If
  18.     you are a 'Public Domain Library' which charges for the disks,
  19.     we would like a small contribution from you (the amount is upto you),
  20.     as we beleive most of these libraries make a profit.
  21.  
  22.     You must pass all files on, unaltered and complete with this
  23.     message.

  25.     The utilities cannot be used in a comercial organisation without
  26.     making a donation to us (the amount is upto you).

  29. What is unique about this software is that it is free and the full 
  30. source code is available (for a small charge) for you to modify and 
  31. use as you like. The programs were written in 'C'.
